What a charming facade, but let’s not forget the rudeness of the lady who finally showed up after an eternity, or the fact I was left in a room with a breathtaking view and zero hot water. I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but was merely treated like everyone else.

Limited access to the kitchen amenities. the door to the kitchen was locked, which was a bit disappointing. Communication with staff wasn't always prompt, as there isn’t a full-time reception. Would recommend checking in advance regarding kitchen access for a more enjoyable stay.

Couple with a penchant for comfort

The large room was excellent , modern and quiet despite being right in the heart of the city. I loved the space with a separate sitting room and the full size fridge made our stay more convenient , just like I like it.
